- FFFrancesco FDec 10, 20251.0They just open and close the post office whenever they want. There's no set timetable. Yesterday they said they'd open after 10, today after 9. So I went there twice and couldn't drop off a parcel. East Cowes deserves better service.
- DHDebra HMar 23, 20255.0Have used this post office on more than several occasions for various transactions. Staff are always very friendly and polite, their customer service is excellent. Like any business sometimes things go wrong that are out of their control but they notify the relevant persons to get things fixed in a timely manner for their customers.
- DGDan GiffordJan 2, 20253.0The staff here are excellent and they put up with extremely poor upper management. They are not given the basic tools to do the job at what is a busy post office. Broken printers and malfunctioning scanners, issues that go on forever. Whoever is responsible for looking after this post office behind the scenes needs to get their act together and show more respect to the staff.
